The Gianotti agricultural company has been dedicated to rice cultivation for three generations, extending over 50 hectares of land

in the lower Vercelli area, in the municipality of Borgo Vercelli.
The Vercelli area is the Italian territory in which there is the greatest varietal richness of rice in the world; the reason lies in the climatic, hydrological and fertility characteristics of the land. The irrigation of crops is ensured, through canalization, by the waterways that descend directly from the Alps and Pre-Alps, helping to promote a protected environment

thanks to the low presence of pollutants.
Ours is a small family-run business.

The rice is followed directly and personally by us

throughout its entire evolutionary path

through a zero km supply chain:

it is grown, processed, packaged and sold

at the place of origin, without intermediaries;

obtaining full guarantee of all manufacturing processes.
We dedicate ourselves to rice cultivation with safety in mind

and product quality, constantly monitored through the most rigorous traceability systems

and the application of the HACCP method throughout the supply chain.
